Benefits of joining our team

By joining our team, you will receive the following benefits: 

  • 25 days paid annual leave: Staff receive 25 days of annual leave. 

  • Parental leave: Staff on payroll in Norway receive full or proportional salary during parental leave and a supporting spouse is entitled to 2 weeks of paid leave with normal salary following birth of a child.  

  • Sick leave: Staff in Norway receive paid sick leave. Remote workers also receive a set number of paid leave days. 

  • Sick leave for child: Staff in Norway receive paid leave for child sickness. Remote workers also receive a set number of paid leave days.  

  • Relocation package: Staff may receive financial support and advice when relocating to Norway. 

  • Paid moving day: Staff in Norway receive one paid moving day. 

  • Medical appointments: Staff may log medical appointments as paid leave.  

  • Leave for child milestones: Staff in Norway receive 3 days paid leave when a child starts kindergarten and 1 day paid leave when a child starts school. 

  • Sabbatical: Staff may take up to 1 year sabbatical while retaining their position. 

  • Flexitime: Core working hours are from 10:00 to 15:00, with flexibility in managing one’s own working time.  

  • Subsidised canteen: All staff in Norway have access to a subsidised canteen.  

  • Mobile phone: Staff in Norway receive a mobile phone and subscription. Remote workers receive assistance in covering mobile phone expenses.  

  • Health reimbursement: All staff receive a set amount for reimbursement of health-related costs (e.g. gym membership, physiotherapy, etc.).  

  • Private pension and insurance package: Staff in Norway receive insurance coverage including occupational, disability and travel insurance. Remote workers receive reimbursement for travel insurance cost. 

  • EITI social committee: Our social committee organises regular activities for staff to bond outside of regular work duties.
